Why I Created This Program
As a family physician, I’ve cared for women whose illnesses weren’t just physical.
Life itself was making them unwell — the pace, the pressure, the constant giving.
The stress showed up in their sleep, their moods, their weight — signs of a life out of balance.
Many of these struggles could be eased, even prevented, with intentional care — yet so many had stopped trying.
I recognized it because I’ve been there too.

was born out of that experience — as a space for women to pause, breathe, and intentionally rebuild a life that feels like their own again.
